All the products except thatai was superb. No preservatives were used in any of the products. Masala , thalipu vadagam and tomato pickle was really very good. Good response from the people who working there. Only drawback I felt was thatai. Thatai was not crispy .

The texture of the mixture is perfect and the maavu is very fresh and fermented in correct texture. I prepared athirasam immediately and got it perfectly. This is the first time I m making athirasam.
