Return Policy for Amma Samayal Foods
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. Verification of the issue may be required before processing the refund or replacement.
Non-food items are eligible for free replacement within 10 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ensure the item is in its original condition to facilitate the return process. Amma Samayal Foods will cover the shipping costs for returning damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
